<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Donna was a dedicated operation supervisor at Wells Fargo for 38 years. She enjoyed flowers, gardening, and being a wife.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>She was preceded in death by her father, Adam Sobczynski. She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Roy; mother Mary Sobczynski; brothers: Gene Sobczynski and Joseph Sobczynski.&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Friends may visit with the family at the Burns Funeral Home, 10101 Broadway, Crown Point on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2013, 10:00 a.m. at the Burns Funeral Home with Deacon Brian Nosbusch officiating.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Donald Ernest Stavitzke, age 75, of Hanna, IN, was born April 27, 1937 in Whiting, IN. He passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2013.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Don is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Louise (Sokal) Stavitzke; 6 children: Janet (Richard) Powers, Joyce Andersen, Joan (Robert) Matlock, Jean (John) Ruffner, Michael Stavitzke and Cassie Stavitzke; 5 grandchildren: Gary, Sherri, Danielle, Emma and Jacob. 1 great grandchild, Courtney; 3 sisters: Donna Neal, Diane (Mathew) Lubarski and Debra Lawton and many loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Shirley Stavitzke.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">He was an avid Trade Unionist and 45 year member of Millwright Local 1043. He had a superb mechanical mind, was a quality Millwright, Machinist and Carpenter. He loved to hunt and fish. During Don&rsquo;s retirement he became a Master Gardner. He was a fine man who will be missed by those who knew and loved him.</p>

<ul>
<li>of Merrillville, passed away April 19, 2013.&nbsp; He was a member of the Northwest Indiana Beekeepers Association, Past President of Lake County Master Gardener Association, and Lake County Amateur Radio Association K9EJF.&nbsp; He served in the U.S. Army in the South Pacific during WWII and retired from US Steel Central Engineering department.&nbsp; Joseph was preceded in death by parents John and Elizabeth Shudick, brothers John, Paul and Dan and sisters Sophie and Agnes.&nbsp; He is survived by his wife of 66 years Betty Shudick; children Linda Hensley, Pat (Brad) Bates, Joe (Sue) Shudick, Jr., Dawn (Mark) Hansen and Terry (Carolyn) Shudick; grandchildren Stacey (Brian) Shell, Nicole Shudick, Christopher and Katelan Bates, Elizabeth and Jaclyn Hansen, Alyssa Hensley and Emily and Ashlyn Shudick;&nbsp; great- grandchild Holden Shell.&nbsp; Visitation is Monday from 9 a.m. to time of service at 10 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Seton Church, 509 W. Division Road, Valparaiso, IN. &nbsp;</li>

<p>Janet &ldquo;Sally&rdquo; Fasel, age 84 of Hobart, passed away April 17, 2013.&nbsp; She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and Mothers Circle.&nbsp; Sally was a wonderful mother and a friend to everyone.&nbsp; She was preceded by her husband Al Fasel and brother Hubert Lines, Jr.&nbsp; Sally is survived by children Diana Brechbill, Darrell (Mary) Fasel, Dean (Carol) Fasel, Darlene Fasel, Dale Fasel and Dudley (Lisa) Fasel; grandchildren Jayme (Paul) DeJulius, Mitchell Fasel and Jonathan Fasel; great-grandchildren Cameron Fasel, Sage Snow, Syan DeJulius and Cadence Fasel; &nbsp;brothers Rich (Terri) Lines, Danny (Lorinda) Lines and sister Norma Schroeder.</p>
