Beloved husband of the late Alice Welsh Skilling; adored companion of Sarah Adlam; loving father of Keith (Sarah) Skilling; dear brother of Kenneth and the late Trudi Blamires; and devoted uncle of fifteen nieces and nephews.  Memorial Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at St. Chrysostom’s Episcopal Church, 1424 N. Dearborn Parkway, Chicago.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, of Chicago, Illinois, or Kent School Corporation of Kent, Connecticut. Interment of cremains will be private.  Burns Funeral Home, 10101 Broadway, Crown Point, IN in charge of arrangements.
