Bosko S. Micic, age 84 of Crown Point, IN passed away on Saturday, December 08, 2012. He was an area resident since 1966 after migrating here from Yugoslavia. He was a member of St Sava Serbian Orthodox Church, retired employee of US Steel, BUDD Company and proud member of the United Auto Workers Union.

Bosko is survived by daughter Mara (Raj) Puri of Potomac, MD, son Sava (Jennifer) Micic of Chesterton, IN;  daughter in law Ljiljana Micic; five grandchildren: Pelagija, Milka, Bosko, Rada & Aleksandre (and families), three great grandchildren; Filip, Sofia, & Viktor; siblings Stevo (Zagorka) Micic,  Dragic Micic, Mihajlo (Ljiljana) Micic,  Milica (Dragoljub) Knezevic and many nieces, nephews, Kumovi & dear friends. Mr Micic is preceded in death by his wife Pelagija Micic; son Ljubo Micic; parents Sava & Mara Micic, brothers, Milan Micic, Milos Micic, & Ljubo Micic.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, December 12, 2012 directly at St Sava Serbian Orthodox Church at 9 AM, with V. Rev. Marko Matic officiating. Internment, New Grancanica Serbian Cemetery, Third Lake, IL. Visitation will be held Tuesday December 11, 2012 from 4pm-8pm at Burns Funeral Home, 10101 Crown Point, IN.
