Rita Norton, age 56, of Shelby, IN, formerly of Chicago, IL, passed away on

Tuesday, December 25, 2012.  She was an employee of Reids Fire Equipment.  Rita was preceded in death by her parents, Lyle & Beulah Fischer, her brothers, Jack Gray and Ben Gray.  She is survived by her husband, Elmer Norton; son, Chris Norton, daughter, Laura (Eric) Stuart and sisters, Sue (Leonard) Sampson, Deanna (Willard) Jump, Joyce (Alex) Serafin, Patricia (Ronald) Walker, and Donna (Randy) Cole; brothers, Donald (Anna) Fischer and Michael (Patricia) Fischer.
