Jane L. Dan, age 70, of Crown Point, IN passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on April 1, 2013.

Jane was a retired Registered Nurse from Methodist Hospital and graduate of Whiting High School and Northwestern Memorial Nursing School.  She was a member of Indiana Harbor Yacht Club, and avid bridge player and golfer. Jane is preceded in death by her parents: Clyde and Ethel Utberg. 

She is survived by her husband Ted; daughters, Pamela (Chuck) Fear of Stillwater, MN; Robin (Scott) Leslie of Cedar Lake, IN;

4 grandchildren, Kaitlin Fear, Tyler Leslie, Brandon Leslie and Olivia Fear and many close friends. Friends may visit with Jane’s family on April 4, 2013 at Trinity Lutheran Church 250 S. Indiana St. Crown Point IN from 11:00 am to 12 noon. Funeral services will then begin at noon. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Trinity Lutheran Church in Crown Point in memory of Jane Dan.
