Frances Viola Pridemore, age 90 of Lake Station, passed away September 10, 2012, at home with her family. She was born November 27, 1921 in Stonega, VA. She was preceded in death by her husband Joe Pridemore, daughter Gerrie Wright and great-grandson Walter Caine Evans. Francis is survived by 2 daughters Betty Ortiz and Francis “Sitter” Pridemore; 2 sons Larry (Roxanne) Pridemore and Joe (Christine) Pridemore and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday, September 13, 2012 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home, 701 E. 7th St., Hobart, IN. Funeral Service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Funeral Home.
