John W. Casey, Jr., age 53, of Crown Point, IN, formerly of Griffith & Cedar Lake, passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2012.  He was preceded in death by his parents, John & Betty Jo.  He is survived by his loving wife, Tina; siblings, Donna Sue (Mark) Braden, Debra Trawick, April Henderson, Bryan Casey, Bruce Minder; daughter, Billie Jo (Lee) Cathey; numerous nieces, nephews and great- nieces and nephews and many other loving extended family.  Friends may visit John’s family on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home, 10101 Broadway, Crown Point, IN.  Funeral service will be private.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to John’s family. www.burnsfuneral.com
