Michael Gerald Bergstrom, age 27 of Lockport, IL passed away Saturday December 29, 2012. Michael was a 2004 graduate of TF South High school and a member of it’s Wrestling Team. Michael loved fishing, cooking and really enjoyed music.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Walter (Sr) and Helen Bergstrom. Michael is survived by his loving parents, father Walter, Jr (Michelle) Bergstrom, mother Donna Bergstrom; beloved siblings, Walter, III (Tracy) Bergstrom, Brittany (John Aylmer) Bergstrom; grandparents, Gerald & Charlene Spannan, Ernie Kocher & Beverly Curtis; Aunts Wendy (Jim) Richardson & Laurie (Scott) Kingery, uncles Gerald (Patti) Spannan and Mark Spannan; cousins, Donnie, Kyle and Ethan. Michael loved his family very much and will be dearly missed and always remembered.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 3, 2012 at Burns Funeral Home, 10101 Broadway, Crown Point, IN from 2pm to 8pm. A Memorial Service for Michael will be held at 7pm with Rev Mark Wilkins officiating, cremation to follow.
