Kathryn E. Nichols, age 99, ofHobart, formerly ofHenry,ILandLake Station,IN, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2013. Kathryn Was retired from U. S. Steel, with 50 years of service.
She is survived by great nieces and nephews: Karen (Al) Barrasas, Kathy (Dennis) Becker, Kim Coleman, Paula (Bill) Simon, Paul (Lynda) Coleman, Julie (son Tim) Tracy, Scott (Heather) Coleman, Greg (Janela) Coleman and numerous great-great and great-great-great nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, January 15, 2013, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Burns Funeral Home, 701 E. 7th Street, Hobart with funeral services following at 6:00 p.m.
