Andrew A. “Chico” Pastor, age 98, of Miller, passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 2013.  Andy was born in Gary and raised his family in Miller.  He graduated from Froebel High School and was a dedicated employee of U. S. Steel for 43 years.  He was looked upon as a dad and handyman to all within the neighborhood.  He is a member of St. Mary of the Lake Church.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.  He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Lillian and grandson, Colin.  He is survived by his children, Debbie Pastor, Bob (Kim) Pastor, Andrea (Michael) Cancelliere; grandchildren, Lindsay & Jordan Pastor; Catie & Kiley Arthur; great-grandson, Jacob Laurinaitis; and many loving cousins.  Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Burns Funeral Home, 10101 Broadway, Crown Point, IN.  Rev.
