Leona M. Stark, age 92, of Crown Point, Indiana, formerly of St. John passed away on January 17, 2013.  Leona was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Crown Point and a longtime resident at Chicagoland Christian Village. She was preceded in death by her husband Allan Jr., brother, Wilbur Lute and sister Arlene Wilson.  Leona is survived by her daughter, Teryl (Mick) Smith, son, Allan (Barb Gerner) Stark III, Grandchildren, Holly (Brian Anderson) Smith-Anderson, Heather (Nestor) Nocelotl, Justin (Elizabeth) Smith. Leona also had four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 21, 2013 at 11:00 am at Burns Funeral Home 10101 Broadway, Crown Point, IN. Interment at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens in Schererville, IN.  Friends may visit with Leona’s family on Sunday from 3:00 to 7:00 pm. at Burns Funeral Home. www.burnsfuneral.com
