Ottis C. Flatt, age 79, of Lakes of the Four Seasons Crown Point, passed away on April 4, 2013. He was retired from American Maize Corn Products and was a member of the Crown Point Church of Christ.
Ottis is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Barbara; his children, Gary Flatt, Michael (Michelle) Flatt, Melody (Don) Miller, Tim (Janna) Flatt; 8 grandchildren, one great grandchild, Lily; many other extended family and friends. Friends may visit with Ottis’ family on Monday, April 8, 2013 from 2 pm to 7 pm at Burns Funeral Home, 10101 Broadway, Crown Point, IN. Funeral service will begin at 7 pm with ministers Dan Jenkins and Jeff Collett officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Crown Point Church of Christ-building fund.
