Patricia L. Curley of Hobart, IN, December 20, 1933 – February 14, 2013

 

Patricia L. Curley, age 79 of Hobart, passed away February 14, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Marie Curley and sister, JoAnne Deckman. Pat is survived by brother Jack Curley of Valparaiso, sister Mary Bennett of Florida and numerous nephews and nieces. Pat graduated from Holy Angels School and Horace Mann High School and retired from Commercial Credit and Bart Sikich Realty. Pat was dearly loved by many friends and her Bridge club of 60 years. Friends may visit with Pat’s family on Monday from 3 to 7 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home, 701 E. 7th St., Hobart.   Funeral Service Tuesday beginning at 9:15 a.m. at Burns Funeral Home and proceeding to St. Bridget Church, 568 E. 2nd St., Hobart for a  Mass of Christian Burial.  Rev. Norma E. Paskash of Hobart, IN, June 24, 1929 – February 12, 2013

 

 

 

 

Norma E. Paskash, age 83, of Hobart, passed away February 12, 2013.  She earned Bachelors and Masters degrees and was Assistant Director of Nursing at St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart. She was also a member of Our Saviour Lutheran Church. Norma was preceded in death by her son Robert Paskash and brothers Emil Wente and Wendell Wente.  She is survived by her daughter Nancy Adams of Hobart and son Steve (Marian) Paskash of DeMotte; brother Donald (Barb) Wente; sister Dorothy (Vernon) Ruskosky; and 5 grandchildren Audrey Castaneda, Eric (Kara) Castaneda, Elaine Castaneda, Jennifer Paskash and Alex Paskash.  Friends may visit with Norma’s family on Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to time of Funeral Service at 12.30 p.m. at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, 1150 W. 49th Ave., Gary, IN.  Rev. Bridget Hatala-Pozzo of Valparaiso, IN, April 2, 1973 – February 8, 2013

 

 

Bridget Hatala-Pozzo, age 39 of Valparaiso, passed away on February 8, 2013. She was born in East Chicago and graduated from Merrillville High School, class of 1991. She received her BA in Accounting from Indiana University and previously worked as a CPA. Bridget was an active member of Club Wonder for special needs children.

She was preceded in death by her in-laws – Patricia and William Pozzo and unborn son, Henry Pozzo. Bridget is survived by her husband, William Pozzo and daughter, Polly Pozzo of Valparaiso; parents – Gene and Janet Hatala of Valparaiso; sisters – Lisa (Scott) Beishuizen of Valparaiso, Pam (John) Pakradooni of Redding, PA and Tracy (Dan) Tomich of Crown Point; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Cynthia Villarreal Hepp of Gary, IN, January 6, 1951 – February 7, 2013

 

 

 

 

Cynthia Hepp (nee Villarreal), age 62 of Gary, passed away February 7, 2013.  Cindy was an attentive and loving daughter, sister and caregiver.  She was employed by St. Anthony Hospital for 30 years.  Preceded in death by  father, Oscar Villarreal.  Cindy is survived by her mother, Elvira Villarreal of Gary; brothers – Louis (Rachel) Villarreal of East Chicago and Joseph Villarreal of Gary; half sister – Virginia (Dan) Mulvihill of Livonia, MI; aunts – Isabel Freeman of Hebron and Christina Nunez of Indianapolis; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; husband – Robert Hepp of Lowell and devoted friend, Juan Arevalo. 

Funeral service Monday, February 11, 2013 at 5 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home, 701 E. 7th St., Hobart, Rev.
